Wadha Receives Headteacher’s Commendation

A hardworking Year 7 student has received a Headteacher’s Commendation after going above and beyond with her homework.

Wadha Shahid created the beautiful artwork after her class were asked to design an information poster on the country or city of their choice. The Headteacher’s Commendation is one of the highest rewards students can receive.

Mrs Taylor, who set the task, said: “Their poster had to include information about a variety of things people could see and do in the city or country of their choice. It also needed to encourage others to want to visit the destination. Wadha chose Tokyo as she would like to visit there in future. She has put in superb effort and she always works incredibly hard.”
